EASY 3 INGREDIENT DINNER

There's nothing we love more than a healthy, fast go-to dinner! Here is one that RISE trainers use all of the time when we're on the fly.
1. BANZA Chickpea Pasta (it's high in protein & gluten free).
2. Your favorite tomato sauce (check out Kirkland's organic. Also pay attention to added sugar).
3. Bonus ingredient: toss some spinach in the sauce to get some greens (Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Folic Acid).
Option: sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Total Calories per serving: 300-370kcal
