RISE Holiday Challenge 2020

It's our favorite time of year! We are kicking off our 7th annual RISE Holiday Challenge and it is going to be gooooood! Think prizes on the line, fitness challenges, nutrition challenges, givebacks and inspiration to keep our health in focus through the holidays & the end of 2020. More details below.

Join us for our annual FREE RISE Holiday Challenge! November 9 - December 31. Prizes chosen on January 1.

BIGGEST GOAL: Achieve 28 RISE workouts in 8 weeks (average of 3.5/week) = If completed, this qualifies as 3 extra entries for prizes. Another BIG GOAL: Achieve 60 running miles in 8 weeks (average of 7.5/week) = If completed, this qualifies as 3 extra entries for prizes.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Take on each of 16 sub-challenges = 16 entries for amazing prizes. Challenges will be posted on RISE Fitness Community Facebook and Instagram on Mondays & Fridays. Be sure to read the fine print. You will need to come in to the studio to put your name on a piece of paper and enter yourself for a chance to win big prizes for each challenge that you accept. Virtual-only athletes can email info@risefitnesscommunity.com your challenge tally totals and we will add prize entries for you.

PRIZES INCLUDE: RISE Gear, RISE 5 class packs, Theado Party of 6 Family Meal, Physical Therapy gift cards, Bella Bean Gift Card, PropelloLife protein powder & more. Prizes will be chosen on January 1. Each prize basket is worth over $400.

SUB-CHALLENGE DETAILS: There will be 16 sub challenges. Each challenge will be posted on FB & Insta on Mondays & Fridays. You can earn one entry for each sub challenge you complete by posting a picture on social media + tag @risefitnesscommunity & #riseholidaychallenge.
